we have had with the Public Trustee in regard to his taking over four Shares of our Company, registered in the name of Heinrich Amsinck Westphal.
From copy of the Public Trustee's letter of 19th inst., you will see that he advises us to communicate with you as to whether you would be prepared to make an order, vesting these four shares in the Custodian, in order to simplify the liquidation of our Company.
